Tom was born in Burmis, AB on January 18, 1923. He enjoyed farming, fishing, hunting, traveling and camping. Tom and Mary were married on September 4, 1993 and they spent 17 wonderful years together. They moved to Fernie, B.C. until health reasons brought them back to Lethbridge.
Tom will be missed by his step-children; Ray (Cheryl) Kitt, Mitchell (Ann Michelle) Kitt, Lorraine (Perry) Armstrong and Niels (Dorothy) Kitt. He also leaves behind 10 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his step-son Darren Kitt.
Friends may meet with the family at C.S. Generations Funeral Home, 703 - 13 Street North, Lethbridge, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Basil's Catholic Church, 604 - 13 Street North, Lethbridge, at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 with Father Tim Boyle officiating. Cremation.
