Margaret Holt

MARGARET DIANNE MARTIN HOLT was called home by Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. She is the beloved wife of Bruce Murray Holt of Raymond.

Margaret was born on November 4, 1944 to Percy James and Iris Martin (deceased) in Camberwell, London, England. She married her sweetheart Bruce in the Cardston Alberta Temple on September 8, 1965. Her parents and sister moved to Alberta in 1970.

Celebrating her life are her loving husband Bruce, their sons, Jim (Beate), Ian (Bonita), and daughter Heather (Sam) Hall and seven precious grandchildren, in Colorado, her sister Pauline (Hugh) Hill of Raymond, and all of the extended family and dear friends.

Margaret was a devoted member of her Church. She served willingly in all her callings, and touched the lives of many who loved and appreciated her spirituality and kindness.

Friends may meet the family on Monday evening, March 1, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church, and prior to the service on Tuesday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.

The Funeral Service will be held at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Taylor Street Chapel, Raymond on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Glen Svenson officiating. Interment to follow in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
