On behalf of the Ell family, I would like to send some warm thoughts and prayers to the Cox Family. Gerry admired, respected and thought very high of Connie and spoke of her often in only the way he could when he enjoyed the company of someone. Sending a hug to everyone.
Thinking of you all.......

Dear Darrell, Sheralin, Stewart and Richard, (my favourite cousins),
My family visiting with your family is my sweetest childhood memory. A Sunday visit to your house always involved `Pineapple Slush`. I miss you all, and I will really miss Connie. She is loved by so many. I am happy for her, having so much joy right now with the Lord and Gary and your sister, and with my family. I am so sorry for your loss. I understand it too well, since Mom and Doug passed just days apart. We will all be together again soon enough. I am frustrated and saddened that I couldn't get to the viewing and funeral. I wanted to see you all so much! May you be given that peace that passes all understanding as you do all that needs to be done in the next months. My condolences also to Connie`s caregiver, Gloria, who also lost someone very close to her.
Love and prayers,
Sheila Wall

I loved my Aunt Connie! She was such a wonderful and beautiful Aunt. She has always been one of my idols, showing me how to be a homemaker, Mom, and Grandma. She was an inspiration to all of the "Mehew girls". Love you, Aunt Connie
