So sorry for the great loss. Ann will be very missed by many. I knew Ann well and she was very loved, I will miss her greatly. This one year mark will be hard for the family, so I send my love.

Dear Bruce and Family;
I did not know Ann's family but I did know her! She was a very special lady, and I am so, so sorry for your loss. You meet a lot of people in your life time, but Ann was different, she loved and had time for everyone. Kids, you should be so proud to have had such a wonderful role model!! She will be missed by many!!
