Bert was born March 10, 1923 at Coalhurst, Alberta to Orville and Elizabeth Orcutt. He lived in the northern Lethbridge District for a time until the family moved to Pincher Creek. The family moved East of Warner in 1929 and Bert has resided there until his passing.
Bert is survived by his wife - Gay, sons - Ross (Jan), Lonnie (Paulette) and daughter-in-law - Roxie and her children -Cory, Casey and Lillian. Also grandchildren - Heather (Kurt), Ash Lee (Will), Lucas, Callie, Daniel and great grandchildren - Quincy and Bishop.
Bert was predeceased by his children - Rick, Cindy and Shannon; his parents - Orville and Elizabeth; his sister - Ethyl and his brother - Ray.
A Memorial Service will be held at the ELKS HALL in Warner on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in the Warner Cemetery.
