William Dale Paterson

With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of our dad, William Dale Paterson of Lethbridge, Alberta. Known as Dale and lovingly as Bunka, he was a quiet, loyal, and deeply loved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He is lovingly remembered by his children Donna, Gail (Rod), and Alan (Angie); grandchildren Calvin (Katrina), Shondel, Kayla (Patrick), Travis, Kristin (Braden), and Ty (MacKenzie); and great-grandchildren Carly, Hallie, Sadie, Hunter, Zoey, Annika, Nova, Tally, and Lochlyn.

Dale cherished summers at the lake, quiet days at his campground, and time with the Legion. We take comfort knowing he is reunited with loved ones.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 1pm at the Royal Canadian Legion in Coalhurst, Branch 273 (5205 6 St, Coalhurst, AB).
