Valerie (Marchenko) Fomradas

It is with great sadness that we, the family of Valerie Fomradas, announce her passing. Val passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the age of 82 years.

Left to mourn are her sons; Fred (Klara, Nolan), Adam (Summer, Ryder) and David.

Val, or Bubba as she was affectionately known, loved her grandkids. She took great pride in being their #1 fan in all of the activities they participated in. Val’s other passion in life was gardening. She was extremely proud of her backyard, often bragging about her flowers and vegetables.

The family will always remember Bubba’s sense of humour, her quick wit and occasional sharp tongue. She will always be missed but never forgotten.

As per Valerie’s request, no formal service will be held. Cremation entrusted to Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home.
