Rosamond 'Rose' (Woolley) Jefferies

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rosamond Jefferies, who left us peacefully on May 14, 2025, in Raymond, Alberta, at the age of 78.

Rosamond was born on March 14, 1947, in Calgary, Alberta. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Charles Jefferies, in 2017.

Rosamond worked for many years in the furniture industry, bringing comfort and style into homes through her time at The Brick and Ashley Furniture. Her caring nature, friendly spirit, and strong work ethic made her a trusted and cherished part of her community.

She was the proud mother of three daughters: Shannon ( Ted ) , Kathy (Nick) and Kelly. She leaves behind six grandchildren—Jessica (Brett), Sabrina (Codi), Brandon, Mitchell, Cody (Narissa), and Natalina—and six great-grandchildren: Jameson-Jay, Marijayne, Parker, Matteo, Luca, and Kameela-Rayne.

Rosamond is also survived by her twin brother, Tom, and her brother Edwin.

She found great joy in spending time with her family, whether vacationing in Mexico, enjoying peaceful drives to Waterton, or simply being together at home. Her life was deeply rooted in her Mormon faith, and her strength and love were guiding lights for those around her.

As she always said, “Together is our favourite place to be.” That simple sentiment reflects the heart of who she was and the legacy of love and unity she leaves behind
