Orla Jean McCready

Orla Jean (Brandle) McCready of Lethbridge, was born on September 4, 1950,  and passed away in Lethbridge on June 6, 2023 at the age of 72 years. 

She was born in Blairmore, Alberta. She left the prairies for the metropolis of Toronto, Ontario, where she met the love of her life, Brian McCready. 

Orla is survived by her son Michael and wife Gail with grandchildren Mikaela, Percy, Marissa, Gracie, and Meghan. Also her sisters Wilma Laubman and Lynne Bennett.

She was always willing to lend a helping hand and will be greatly missed. 

Orla loved animals, especially her dogs Amber and Tika. If you would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers, please do so to the Lethbridge PAW Society. 

A Memorial Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mountain Heights Chapel at 175 Rocky Mountain Blvd. W. in Lethbridge, Alberta on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 10:00 am.

Inurnment Services will be held immediately following the Memorial Service on June 19, 2023 in the Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge. We will gather at the main entrance (Flame) and proceed together to the gravesite.
