Joseph Charles Harris

Joseph Charles Harris, beloved spouse of Joan Wigton of Lethbridge, passed away at home on Monday, June 19, 2023, at the age of 66 years.

He is the loving father to his stepchildren; Andrew Wigton, Jessica Wigton, Lisa Harpell, Dennis Harpell – all of Lethbridge, and Tracy Harpell of Levack, Ontario.

Joe is also survived by his sister; Ginny (Virgina) Siemens of Cheti Camp, Nova Scotia, his aunt; Violet Whitford and her family who he loved dearly, and by his loving step grandfather.

He was predeceased by his mother; Clara Harris and his father; Douglas Harris.

Joe will be sadly missed by his family in Lethbridge and his family in Nova Scotia. He will be fondly remembered by his big smile, funny jokes, and loving personality. Joe loved his cars, big and small. He loved fishing, hunting, golfing and anything that had wheels and could go fast. Joe worked at Fox Harbour, Nova Scotia for many years on the golf course and Murray’s Chevrolet in Lethbridge, detailing. He loved what he did but most of all, he loved us. “You will be forever missed and never forgotten.”

A Private Family Service was held on June 28, 2023.
