Doreen Elizabeth Thomson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen Elizabeth Thomson on the morning of December 23, 2025.

Doreen was a retired Registered Nurse at the Lethbridge Municipal Hospital, now known as Chinook Regional Hospital. She truly loved camping with her husband, Hugh, and their dogs.

She was an avid member of the Lethbridge Centennial Quilters Guild, as well as other sewing clubs, and her passing leaves a void in her community.

Doreen leaves behind her beloved dog, MacT; three brothers; and multiple nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth and Neal Zahnd of Greenwood, BC; her husband of 46 years, Hugh; and her younger sister, Linda (Zahnd) Becker.

Cherished by all who knew her, she will be deeply missed.
