Richard Spackman Obituary

RICHARD STEWART SPACKMAN, passed away on Thursday April 25, 2019 as a result of ALS. He was 65. He will be cremated.

Richard is survived by his sister Marie Spackman; pre-deceased by his parents, Lester and Estella.

A Memorial Service will be held for him on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Northside Chapel, 2223 - 6 Avenue North, Lethbridge.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the ALS Society of Alberta, 7874 10 Street NE, Calgary, Alberta, T2E 8W1.
