HIGGINS WILMA L. HIGGINS passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, June 19, 2014. "To those I love so dearly, please remember me. To my beloved sons - Jim and Jeanee Higgins and Gary and Monica Higgins, and to my three grandsons - Tyler, Troy, and Jesse, and to all my very dear friends - I leave behind a grateful thanks for leaving the world a better place in which to have lived." At Wilma's request, a private family service will be held.
