Vivian Knox

VIVIAN KNOX Feb 22, 1917 - May 17, 2016 Although not raised in a loving home Vivian chose to be loving, joyful, inclusive, and adventurous throughout her life. Kindness was woven tightly into the fabric of her being. Long term Alzheimer's did not alter her humour, her love, or her gratitude to family and to the wonderful caregivers at Fairmont Extendicare. She never failed to say, "I love you so much! I'm so glad you're here" whenever a family member came to visit. At 99 years of age, surrounded by family, she surfaced through the fog of Alzheimer's one last time, smiled with delight and said, "I love you. You are so beautiful". Mother of Sylvia Kudrick, Maxine Reidel, Shirley Fleming, and Ken Knox. Celebration of Life Friday, June 3rd at The Lethbridge Seniors Center at 3:00 pm.
