Stella Hirsche

STELLA IDA ATWOOD HIRSCHE, beloved wife of Rulon W. Hirsche of Fort Macleod, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the age of 86 years. She is the loving mother of: Roger (Bonnie) of Sherwood Park, AB, Jim (Marina) of Whitehorse, Yukon, and Sherry of Lethbridge. She is survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and her sisters-in-law, Hazel Atwood and Virginia Jones. Stella was predeceased by her parents, Charles Thomas and Sarah Agnes (McIntyre) Atwood and her five brothers and five sisters. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Fort Macleod Chapel, with Bishop Duane Foote officiating. Friends may meet the family prior to the service at the church from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Interment to follow in the Union Cemetery, Fort Macleod. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humanitarian Fund of the LDS Church, or to the charity of one's choice.
