Sid Hideo Saga

SID HIDEO SAGA, beloved husband of the late Setsuko of Milk River, passed away at Milk River Continuing Care on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the age of 87 years. He is the loving father of five children: Stewart (Angela), and their son Greg; JoAnne (Bruce) and their son Travis (Jenn); Barb, Alice (Richard), and Raymond (Tamara) and their daughter Midori. He is also survived by two sisters: Marge Hikida, and Sue Kado. Sid was born in Port Alice, BC. His favourite activities included: fishing, gardening, golfing, and playing pool and crib. He was a Blue Jays baseball fan. The family would like to thank the Milk River Continuing Care staff, neighbors, and friends for their love and kindness shown. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at the Magrath Cemetery. Flowers and koden are gratefully declined.
