Reed Coleman

REED JENSEN COLEMAN, beloved husband of Merna, passed away in Raymond on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at the age of 82 years. Reed's entire life was dedicated to the service of family, his community and his church. His boundless gifts of integrity, kindness and laughter were shared without hesitation. We are all richer because we knew and loved him. People were proud to be his friend and blessed to be his family. [His final words to his students would be: "You'd better live up to your potential you miserable little pukes."] Reed is survived by his wife Merna and children, Chad Javier & Rose Coleman of Logan, Utah, Maria Jo & Edwin Cordero of Lethbridge, Jason & Lesli Coleman of Magrath, Teresa Anne & Tracen Winward of Whitney, Idaho & Tiare Moana & John Leonard of Lethbridge, his two sisters in-law, Avilda Coleman of Magrath & Joanne Coleman of Chilliwack, BC. Friends may meet the family Friday evening, February 26, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Magrath Stake Center or on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday. February 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Magrath Stake Center, with Bishop John Balderson officiating. Interment to follow in the Magrath Cemetery.
