POLLY KAZAKOFF of Lethbridge, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at the age of 85 years. She is the loving mother of: Harry of Calgary; Ron (Maureen) of Edmonton; Frances (Lowry) of Agassiz, BC; and Dan (Kathy) of Lethbridge. Polly is also survived by six grandchildren: Janet, Pam, Jennifer, Dustin, Thomas and Kirstin; and one great grandchild Sabylla. She was predeceased by her husband, John; and a son, John. Friends may meet the family on Friday, May 15, 2009 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. at GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge. Interment will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge.
