Norma Selk

NORMA SELK, formerly of Milk River, passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, March 26, 2007. She was born in Stirling, Alberta on November 24, 1923. Norma is survived by her 5 children: Laura Steinhoff, Dean Selk, Roxie (Rick) Orcutt, Dennis (Debbie) Selk, Gerry (Barb) Selk; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Marvin Christensen, Barbara Adams, Sylvia Rogers. She is predeceased by her husband Bernard Selk; 1 great grandchild; parents Alfred and Inzie Christensen; 8 brothers, 1 sister. Norma's family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all of her caregivers on Memory Lane and Extendicare 1st Floor. Thank-you for all the love you showed her. Flowers are gratefully declined; if so desired, please donate to a charity of choice. The Funeral Service will be held at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Stirling, on Friday, March 30, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Robert Berezay officiating. Friends may meet the family prior to the service from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. Interment in the Stirling Cemetery.
