Nancy Adachi

NAOMI NANCY ADACHI, beloved wife of Jim Adachi, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the age of 74 years. She is the loving mother of: Cindy Adachi of Lethbridge; Dawna Adachi-Trenary of Minneapolis; and Lori (Steven) Deagle of Calgary. She is the grandmother to her beloved, much-anticipated and long-awaited grandson, John Deagle. Nancy is also survived by a sister, Hideko (Tom) Yamashita of Ontario; two brothers: Yas (Lil) Yamashita of Taber, and Nobby (Rose) Yamashita of Lethbridge; three sisters-in-law: Audrey Shimozawa of Vancouver, Kiyo Adachi and Fumiko Adachi of Lethbridge; and two brothers-in-law: Dick Adachi and Roy (Nancy) Adachi of Lethbridge. She is predeceased by her parents, Tatsuzo and Sei Yamashita, a brother and sister-in-law, Shigei and Harue Yamashita of Japan, an Uncle Saki Nishikawa, her mother-in-law Yoshiko Adachi, and a brother-in-law Walter Shimozawa. She will also be missed by Riley, her special fur grandson. Who will give Riley the last bite now? A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge, with Rev. Aldeen McKay officiating. At Mom's request no viewing will be held.
