Mary Reinhart

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, MARY ANNA REINHART, wife of the late Edgar (Ed) Charles Reinhart, on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. She passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge, Alberta, at the age of 90 years. Mom was tired, so she was called home to join her loved ones. Mary was born in Harvey, North Dakota, on May 16, 1917, but lived most of her life in Saskatchewan and British Columbia, then later in Alberta. She leaves to mourn her daughters: Florence Reusch of North Vancouver, BC, and Fae Kailly of Lethbridge, Alberta. Mary will also be missed by her six grandchildren: Randolph (Tina) Reusch of Surrey, BC, Bradley Reusch of North Vancouver, BC, Jeffrey Reusch of North Vancouver, BC, Keith (Linda) Kailly of Surrey, BC, Karma (Robert) Lande of New York, New York, and Marla Kailly of Calgary, Alberta, as well as her six great grandchildren: Joseph and Jonathan Reusch, Eric, Daniel, and Alyson Kailly, and Sophia Lande. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Wentz of Black Diamond, Alberta. Mary was predeceased by her parents John and Evelyn Schreiber, her husband Ed, and her brother Joseph. Until her recent illness, Mary was a very active person. She enjoyed varied hobbies, which included bowling, sewing, needlecrafts, and reading. She loved to travel, and visited Europe, Mexico, and the United States. She was always interested in her family's activities and achievements. In the last month of her life, it made her very happy to meet her infant great granddaughter, Sophia. A Funeral Service will be held at GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge, Alberta on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., with viewing for family and friends at 9:30 a.m. Cremation, with interment at a later date in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan.
