Marjorie Sandusky

MARJORIE MARIE CLARK SANDUSKY, wife of the late John J. Sandusky, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at the age of 93 years. She is predeceased by her husband John, two brothers, and a sister. She is the loving mother of Marilyn (Cal) Salmon of Cardston, Carol (Gordon) Rice of Stirling, and Eldon (Pat) Sandusky of Lethbridge. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and four sisters-in-law. Mother loved sewing and was a gifted seamstress, a skill she learned from her father. She also loved gardening (especially roses), camping, and shopping. Marj had many pet dogs over the years which gave her joy and companionship. Mother was proud of her family and enjoyed family activities. She was a faithful member of the LDS church and served in many different callings. The family extends appreciation to the caregivers and friends who helped mother. Friends may meet the family on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. ONLY at CHRISTENSEN SALMON FUNERAL HOME, 327 - 10 Street South, Lethbridge. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Lethbridge Stake Centre, 2410 - 28 Street South (near Enmax Centre). Private family burial.
