Marjorie Rasmussen

RASMUSSEN MARJORIE GILL RASMUSSEN of Magrath, AB, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, January 28, 2007 at the age of 84 years. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her husband of 64 years, Bennett John Rasmussen, her 7 surviving children and their spouses: Barton and Marlene Rasmussen, Barbara Dainard, Dwight and Mandy Rasmussen, Lennie and Kelvin Kado, Valene Steele, Dixie and Jim Coleman, Heather and Brent Nemeth; 32 grandchildren and 53 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Reginald Henry Gill and Martha Emma Cole, a sister Queenie, a brother Harold and a son Devon, and a son-in-law Clark Dainard. Special thanks to Rod and Sherylin Lowry and family. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Magrath Stake Centre, Magrath, AB. Friends may meet the family prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Interment to follow in the Magrath Cemetery.
