Marie Olsen passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the age of 74 years.
She is the loving mother of Joe (Sally), Donna, Lanette (Willis), Carol (Todd). She is survived by her 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Also by her siblings Dee (Glenna), Lee (Kathleen), Bruce (Kathy) and Shirley (Ken).
She was predeceased by her parents Ervin and Golda.
Her life was enriched by her love of family and friends, church, music, and sports – and not necessarily in that order! Her life truly was spent in service. For those who know her, there will be a great void to fill. She would love to say Adios, Au Revoir, Auf Wiedersehen.
Friends may meet with the family from 7:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday November 17 at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, 703 13 Street N, Lethbridge or from 10:00 – 10:45 am on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – NORTHSIDE CHAPEL (2213 6A Avenue N, Lethbridge, AB). A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am at the church. Interment at Archmount Cemetery, Lethbridge, AB.
