She received the Frida Stoickland Award, was named Dental Assistant of the Year, and also taught in Saskatoon for six months. Margaret was hardworking, dedicated, and always made her patients feel comfortable. There was always laughter coming from her treatment room. She devoted 50 years to dentistry, including 27 years working alongside Dr. Sherman.
Margaret loved gardening, cooking, and Christmas. She hosted many Christmas parties for office staff and family over the years. She and her husband, Doug, participated in the Christmas Tree Light Festival Tour for 20 years. Together, they shared their home with many beloved animals, all of whom they cared for with great love and attention.
Margaret was a devoted friend, wife, sister, and companion. Her family and friends meant a great deal to her. There were many joyful times, some difficult moments, but always a deep and enduring love. She cherished the company of the exceptional friends and family who supported her throughout her life.
