Margaret Anderson

MRS. MARGARET "MADGE" ANDERSON of Lethbridge passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, November 14, 2011 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her husband John "Jack" on May 27, 1985, and her brother Robert "Bob" Johnston. Madge is survived by a daughter Gail (Ed) Bristow of Wetaskiwin, Alberta and her son Robert (Barb) Anderson of Lethbridge as well as her grandchildren: Susan (Aaron)) Bristow of Calgary, Jim (Tanya) Bristow of Wetaskiwin, David (Jamie) Bristow of Calgary and Jason (Marla) Anderson of Sherwood Park. Madge was very proud of her four great grandchildren: Brayden and Lauren Bristow, Wetaskiwin, Jack Bristow, Calgary, and newest arrival Jeremy Anderson, Sherwood Park. Madge was born in Pincher Creek on January 12, 1914. As a young girl she moved with her family to Lethbridge. Madge's family would like to thank the staff at the Chinook Regional Hospital for their kind and compassionate care of their mother in her final days. A special thank you to Father Terry of St. Patrick's Church for the comfort he provided during this difficult time. A private family service will be held at a later date.
