Lowell Wilde

LOWELL ORVIN WILDE passed away in Raymond on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at the age of 80 years, beloved husband of the late Alice Milner Wilde. Lowell was born December 10, 1929 in Lethbridge. He is predeceased by his loving wife Alice, his son Alan, daughter Cheryl, parents Donald and Minnie Wilde, his siblings: Loreen, Dona, Olive, Marlin and Merrill. Left to mourn his passing are his sons: Don (Linda) and Monte (Ann), his daughter Sara Wilde, son-in-law Jim Bultsma and daughter-in-law Debbie Wilde, 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Lowell was a steadfast and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many callings throughout his lifetime. Lowell went to Agricultural College and enjoyed many years of farming. Lowell loved to sing, and sang many solos in church and at various functions. He was an avid gardener and everyone loved his flowers. He also was a great painter and loved the outdoors. He will be missed by all who knew him. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Taylor Street Chapel, Raymond, with Bishop Greg Peterson officiating. Friends may meet the family prior to the service at the church from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. Interment to follow in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
