MR. LINDSAY BRENT BOEHR, beloved husband of Carol Boehr, passed away suddenly near Elko, BC on Friday, October 31, 2008 at the age of 46 years. Besides his wife, Lindsay is survived by two sons: Quentin (Mijin) Boehr, and Benjamin Boehr; and one grandson Jasper "Gumby" Boehr. He also leaves behind two brothers: Eugene (Cheryl) Boehr, and Loyd (Deb) Boehr. Lindsay is predeceased by a daughter Breanne Boehr, a brother and sister-in law Doug (Marg) Boehr, a sister Carol Doerksen, and a brother-in-law, Dean Lawson. Lindsay was born June 17, 1962 to Ben and Doris Boehr on Father's Day in Lethbridge (St. Michael's). He attended Galbraith, Wilson and LCI schools, and worked for his Dad building at Behlem Steel Building, then to Almo Homes, then Triple E, which is now called Triple M, where he has worked for the last 23 years. He started as a labourer and worked his way up to become a lead hand. His hobbies included lacrosse and hockey. Lindsay loved to go camping in the mountains and loved gardening, especially flowers. Lindsay's family always came first. He married the love of his life, Carol Ann Lawson, and had been married for 29A½ years. Together they had three children. Friends may meet the family on Friday, November 7, 2008 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the RIVER OF LIFE COMMUNITY CHURCH, 2820-18 Avenue North, Lethbridge, with Pastor Todd Atkinson officiating. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317-10 Street South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 2M7; or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, #207-542-7 Street South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 2H1.
