Karl Sommerfeldt

SOMMERFELDT KARL WALDERMAR SOMMERFELDT, beloved husband of Erika (Christensen) Sommerfeldt, passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the age of 80 years. He is the loving father of Michael (Dorothy) Sommerfeldt, Christine (Peter) Rooyakkers and Heather (Seth) Butler. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother Theron; sisters: Venice, Elna, and Joy. He is predeceased by his parents Bill and Ella Sommerfeldt; brother Ray; sisters: Virgie, Zelda, and womb mate Karma. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, NORTHSIDE CHAPEL, 2223-6 A. Avenue North, Lethbridge, with Bishop Michael Burdett officiating. Friends may meet the family prior to the service at the church from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Interment to follow in the Archmount Cemetery, Lethbridge.
