Jennie Emmelkamp

JENNIE SCHIEBOUT EMMELKAMP of Lethbridge, passed away at Golden Acres Lodge on September 24, 2011 at the age of 97 years. She is the loving mother of Rickie (Ernie) Van Dyke, and Teresa Schiebout; stepmother to Denise (Albert) Gassoff, Blanche (Ray Susag) Miller, Ron (Judy) Emmelkamp, and Dianne (Dick) Erdman. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, her brother; John DeBoer, sisters-in-law; Amy (Tony) DeBoer, Jennie (Tom) DeBoer, and Lois (Ed) DeBoer. She was predeceased by her first husband Christian Theodore Schiebout on July 15, 1947 and her second husband Bernardus Emmelkamp on August 27, 1992, as well as 15 siblings and many of their spouses. Funeral Services will be held at Nobleford Christian Reformed Church, 522 Highway Avenue, Nobleford on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kevin Jordan officiating. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the Nobleford Monarch Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Golden Acres, c/o Green Acres Foundation 1615 - 13 Street North, Lethbridge, AB T1H 2V2.
