Jeffree McKenna

JEFFREE REID McKENNA of Raymond, AB, cherished son, brother and grandson passed away at the age of 20 years on Friday, June 29, 2007 after complications of a tragic car accident. Jeff was a free spirited, beautiful person whose love for family, life and adventure was only exceeded by his passion for playing hockey on the ice or practicing shots on net in front of our home. Holes in the siding have become treasured memories. Remember he could score from behind the goalie's line or on his knees! He deeply loved and appreciated his family and friends. Everywhere he went he quickly made strangers friends. His sense of humor and charm made it impossible for anyone to stay mad at him. We will all miss him, but he will be forever in our hearts. Jeff is survived by his loving parents Kevin and Faye, his sister Jain and brother Jesse, as well as grandparents Lewis Mills (Lethbridge) and Betty and Earl McKenna (Hillcrest). He is also survived by Aunt Diane (Randy) Duffy, Uncle Brian (Darlene) McKenna, Uncle Darrell (Luisa) McKenna, Aunt Sandy McKenna, cousins: Brad, Duffy, Cassie (Mike) Duffy, Randi McKenna, Nikki McKenna and Jillian McKenna. Evening service will be held on Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at SOUTHMINSTER UNITED CHURCH, 1011-4 Avenue South, Lethbridge, with Rev. Frank Lewis officiating. Interment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S., Box 570, 1441 Aviation Park NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8M7, or to a charity of one's choice.
