James Adachi

JAMES TOSHIO ADACHI, beloved husband of the late Naomi Nancy Adachi, passed away at the St. Michael's Palliative Care Centre on Tuesday November 3, 2009 at the age of 77 years. He is the loving father of: Cindy Adachi of Lethbridge; Dawna Adachi-Trenary of Minneapolis and Lori (Steven) Deagle of Calgary. He is the grandfather of his "mini-me", John Deagle. Jim is also survived by three sisters: Audrey Shimozawa of Vancouver, Kiyo Adachi and Fumiko Adachi of Lethbridge; and two brothers: Dick Adachi and Roy (Nancy) Adachi of Lethbridge; a sister-in-law: Hideko (Tom) Yamashita of Ontario; two brothers-in-law: Yas (Lil) Yamashita of Taber, and Nobby (Rose) Yamashita of Lethbridge. He is predeceased by his wife Naomi, his parents, Yoshikuni and Yoshiko, his sister Miyo, and his brother-in-law Walter Shimozawa. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge, with Rev. Aldeen McKay officiating. At Dad's request no viewing will be held.
