Hisako Takahashi

TAKAHASHI HISAKO M. TAKAHASHI, beloved wife of 66 years to Shigeo B. Takahashi - deceased, passed away at St. Michael's Palliative Care Unit on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the age of 87 years. A special thanks to Dr. Benke, Jack Ady Cancer Centre and Dr. Kizuk, Palliser Medical Clinic, as well as the palliative care doctors, RN nurses and all other staff that made moms stay at St. Michael's Covenant Health Centre comfortable and friendly, along with a very positive environment for everyone.
