Giuseppe DiPinto

GIUSEPPE DIPINTO, beloved husband of the late Angela DiPinto, passed away in Lethbridge on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his sons: Vito (Bev) DiPinto of Coalhurst, Dominic DiPinto of Calgary; and grandchildren: Heather DiPinto and Adam DiPinto. He is predeceased by his wife Angela, and a son Tony. Giuseppe was born in Noicattaro, Italy on December 13, 1921. In 1952 he immigrated to Canada with his wife and two sons, Vito and Tony. Dominic was born in Canada. After living a short time in Montreal, the family moved out west to Coleman, Alberta where he worked at Kaiser Resources Coal Mine for 33 years. Joe loved his music and participated in various church choirs. He was also active with the Elk's Club, Legion, and Italian Club. He enjoyed travel, cooking, dancing, and a desire for new vehicles when they caught his eye. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at CHRISTENSEN SALMON GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge, with Deacon Cliff Bogdan officiating. Interment will follow in the Coleman Catholic Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
