Gail Spence

SPENCE GAIL IRENE SPENCE of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Arvid Spence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 12th, 2013 at the age of 70 years. Gail was born to Ken and Edna Lougheed on September 23rd, 1942 in Dundurn, Saskatchewan. She is survived by her two daughters, Sherry Myers and Shelley Spence (Nicholas Pemberton). She will also be remembered by her grandchildren: Afton, Devon, William, Alexander and Rachel; her brother Ken Lougheed (Sandy); brothers-in-law Presley Spence (Winnie), Orville Spence (Betty) and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, September 21st from 2:00 to 4:00 pm during a gathering at her home (1706 - 23rd Ave. North). If friends desire they can make a donation in her name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317-10 St. S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 2M7. The family would like to thank the staff at Saint Michael's Palliative Care Unit.
