Born in Bassano on January 12, 1925, Bud spent his early life in the Hussar area. He joined the RCAF during World War II, and after being discharged he met the love of his life, Elsie. They were married and settled in Lethbridge in 1946, where he worked in the Automotive Industry for 30 years. During the seventies, Bud and his wife started a small business, Elsie’s Confectionary, which they ran for ten years. They then moved to Magrath where they ran Family Billiards for ten years. In 2001 they retired and moved back to Lethbridge.

The family would like to extend thanks to the wonderful staff at Good Samaritans Society, Park Meadows Village, Cottage #1.
