Enid Halvorson

HALVORSON (MILLHAEM), ENID LAVONA July 10,1917 - May 17, 2014 ENID passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the age of 96 years. She was born and raised in Warner, Alberta, one of six children of John and Goldie Millhaem. She married her beloved Oscar Halvorson in 1940. They had 22 wonderful years together, farming and travelling, before he passed away in 1962. Enid spent most of her life in Southern Alberta, including her final years in and around Lethbridge. Enid had no children, but was a "favourite aunt" to many nieces and nephews and their families, who treasure her memory. Enid was predeceased by all her siblings. A celebration of her long life will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at CHRISTENSEN SALMON GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge, with Rev. Aldeen McKay officiating. Interment to follow in the Archmount Cemetery, Lethbridge.
