Dorothy McLeod

DOROTHY McLEOD (nee Bourne), beloved wife of Stewart A. McLeod of Lethbridge, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at the age of 53 years after a long battle with cancer. Besides her husband, she is also survived by her sister Karen (Norman) Kesler of Raymond, and her brother Alden (Karen) Bourne of Magrath. She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Albert G. Bourne and Catherine Elnora Bourne. Dorothy's favorite pastime was to visit with family and friends. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many positions. Her friendly and outgoing spirit will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, 10th Avenue S. building, Lethbridge, with Bishop Gordon Smith officiating. Friends may meet the family from 9:30 to 10:40 a.m. prior to the service. Interment to follow in the Magrath Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Dorothy's name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317-10 Street South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 2M7.
