Charles H (Harry) Jefferies

CHARLES H (HARRY) JEFFERIES passed away peacefully with his family at his side Tuesday May 30, 2017.

He leaves his eternal partner Rosamond Woolley Jefferies, her three daughters who he raised: Shannon (Ted) Dahr and their three children Brandon, Cody, and Natalina; Kathy (Nick) Fraser and their daughter Jessica; and Kelly and her children Sabrina and Mitchell. Harry has seven children of his own as well as ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Harry’s career stemmed from Petro Chemical in Montreal, trucking over three million accident free miles during his career. His greatest joy was driving the tour bus for Chinook Tours from Cardston, driving for the high school football teams, the American Legion Baseball teams, Coaldale Copperheads hockey team, and his monthly casino trips to Calgary with the seniors.

Harry was proud to serve in the military, and held the highest honour for the Legion in Quebec.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday June 3, 2017 at Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond. Following the service, family and friends are invited to a luncheon at 30 Parkland Estate, Raymond.
