Charlene Currie

CHARLENE FAWNS CURRIE passed away in Elk Ridge, Utah on Saturday, July 12, 2008 after battling cancer. She was born in Lethbridge on September 6, 1932, youngest child of Charles and Verda Seely Fawns. Her life was one of loving service. She was an RN in the Canadian Navy and worked as a School Health Nurse in Provo, Utah until her retirement in 1998. She is survived by her sons: Jim (Wendy) of Provo, Ty (Debbie) of Elk Ridge, Kenyon (Karen) of Vernal; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Verna (Carl) Salmon and sisters-in-law Midge (Grant) and June (Bill). She was predeceased by her parents, brothers: Ellis, Grant and Bill. Funeral services were held in Elk Ridge, Utah on Wednesday, July 16th. A Graveside Service will be held at Temple Hill Cemetery in Raymond on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
