
FREEZE December 6, 1950 - December 17, 2011 CAROL IDA FREEZE passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the age of 61 years after a valiant struggle with health problems. She will be greatly missed by her sister Judy Butler (Bryce) of Claresholm and twin brother Brian Freeze (Bronwyn) of Raymond. She was predeceased by her father in 1992 and more recently her mother in July of 2011, and an infant sister June Patricia Freeze. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and their children. Carol was born on December 6, 1950 in Calgary, Alberta. Carol was always glad to be of service and give of her talents to all. She was raised in Calgary but spent most of her life in Lethbridge. She was employed by the Lethbridge Herald for 7 years as a bindery worker. She also worked for Robins Southern Printing for 14 years as press operator, until poor health forced her to retire. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was known for her love of music, and her talents as a chocolate maker. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Good Samaritans Prairie Ridge facility in Raymond and at the long term care facility at the Raymond Hospital for the excellent care Carol received. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday December 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at CHRISTENSEN SALMON GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 703-13 Street North. Friends may meet with the family at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Memorial Gardens, 1515- 100 Street SE, Calgary.
