Atsumi Matsushita

MATSUSHITA ATSUMI MATSUSHITA , beloved wife of the late Charles Mei, passed away in Lethbridge on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the age of 90 years. She was the loving mother of: Helen (Gerry), Amy (Wayne), Mary (Braum), and Simon. She leaves behind eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. She also is survived by sister Miyoko (George), sister-in-law Yoko, and brother Shigeru. Atsumi was born in Tottori-ken, Japan in 1924. She loved her crafts, and excelled in baking, sewing, cooking, and knitting. In 1956 she married Charles. She was a loving mother and wife. Friends and family will gather on Friday, June 5, 2015 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at CHRISTENSEN SALMON GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge. Koden and flowers are respectfully declined.
