ALEX POLESCHUK, beloved husband of Amy of Lethbridge, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the age of 78 years. He is the loving father of Jeff (Janet). At Alex's request, no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre for Research, 1331-29 Street NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4J8, or to the charity of one's choice.
