Shearleigh Marie Jackson

    Shearleigh Marie Jackson of Lethbridge, Alberta passed away February 10th, 2022 in Covenant Health’s St Michael's Health Centre of cancer at the age of 50 years. Sadly, she had no children but was the proud fur mom to Nieko, Skye, and Finn, her three cats. She was predeceased by her mother, Georgina, and her father, Jerry. And she leaves behind her three older brothers, Lawrence, Shawn, and Patrick.

    Shearleigh was a gentle and kind soul, with a great love of animals of every kind. While her social circle wasn’t big, the people who knew her knew her heart was, as she gave of herself in service where she could, and supported all who knew her. Like her mother before her, Shearleigh was the glue that kept her family together, connecting with far-flung cousins, uncles, nieces and nephews, and made sure her brothers didn’t drift too far apart. She was a light that brightened the world, and it is darker now that she is gone. She will be missed by all who knew her.

    At her request, Shearleigh was cremated and will be laid to rest with her parents on Saturday March 26, at 1:00 PM in Archmount Cemetery in Lethbridge.
