SHAWN PETER LAZARUK, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the age of 40 years.

As per Shawn’s request, no funeral service will be held. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on Shawn’s behalf to the Humane Society, 2920 – 16 Ave. N. Lethbridge, AB T1H 5E9.
