Martin Rayo John Woolf, 58, of Raymond, Alberta, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon Christensen Woolf; his three cherished daughters, Alyssa (Max) Beazer, Cynthia (Kyle) Stringam, and Shelby (Levi) Gruwell; his dear mother, Jean Woolf; his siblings, Lonny Brown, Kim Woolf, and Rory Woolf; and his seven grandchildren, who brought him much joy. He was predeceased by his father, John Woolf.
A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Martin lived his life with faith and integrity. He was a passionate coach who dedicated his time to shaping young athletes, instilling in them the values of teamwork and perseverance. He also served as the CFO for his community, contributing to its growth and development with unwavering commitment.
Martin will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humour, and the profound impact he had on those around him. His legacy of love and service will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to gather at 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service honouring Martin’s life at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the Raymond Knight Street Chapel (260 E 200 N, Raymond, Alberta). Interment will follow at Temple Hill Cemetery.
