Lyle Terrance Rewers

    Lyle T. Rewers, beloved husband of Nicollette of Raymond, passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 47 years.

    Lyle is the loving father to Alissa Rewers of Big Valley, Chelsea Brazeau of Raymond, Tanysha Rewers of Airdrie, Raelynn Rewers of Calgary, Kora Ferguson-Rewers of Raymond, Lincoln Turner (stepson) of Raymond and his grandchildren John Nafziger and Hope Baunton. He is also survived by his parents Joe and Dorthea Rewers, a sister Cheryl Gallup, a brother Jason Rewers, nieces Destiny Rewers, Ashley Rewers and a nephew Zachariah Robinson.

    Lyle is predeceased by a brother Eddie Rewers and an Uncle Edward Rewers.

    Lyle was born on May 31, 1976 to parents Joe and Dorthea Rewers in Raymond, Alberta. He went to school in Raymond until age 17 when he started work. Lyle, being a very hard worker, has worked various jobs, dedicating the last nine and a half years at Lethbridge Iron Works. When Lyle wasn’t working you could find him enjoying the outdoors, fishing, camping, boating, riding his motorcycle and more recently quadding. No fishing trip was complete without Lyle playing in the mud or breaking something on his vehicle.

    Six years ago, Lyle met the love of his life Nicollette Turner whom he later turned into Nicollette Rewers. Throughout the years Lyle worked hard building stronger bonds and memories with his girls, stepson and grandchildren.

    Lyle will never be forgotten; he will continue to live through the fond memories of everyone he has met. We will forever remember him when we cast a line or crack a Pepsi. May his brother Eddie welcome him with open arms.  

    Friends may meet the family prior to the service on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, 703 – 13 Street North, Lethbridge. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
