Justin Bridgewater passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on October 28th, 2025, at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the young age of 46 years old.
He is survived by his loving Mother, Sherri Bridgewater and his Father, Bob Bridgewater, Daughters Brooke (Branden) and Amber (Josh), Granddaughter Octavia, Brothers Jeremy and Jordan (Tuezday) and all of his numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by Grandpa and Grandma Billingsley, Grandpa and Grandma Bridgewater and his beloved dogs, Sparky and Kirby.
Justin grew up with a deep love for the Blue Jays, and a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing. To know Justin was to know a true gentle giant. Though he might have looked tough on the outside, beneath that exterior was the biggest, kindest heart—a true teddy bear in every sense.
His spirit was infectious. Justin had a way of lighting up any room he entered and lifting the mood of everyone around him. He was always the first to show up, lend a hand, and offer his support to anyone in need, never asking for anything in return. He had one of the hardest work ethics of anyone you know, and therefore, developed a lot of very special ‘work family’ members along the way.
Above all, Justin was his mother Sherri’s rock. His devotion to her was unwavering, and he took every opportunity to help and care for her in any way he could. His passing leaves a void that words can hardly fill, but his warmth, generosity, and love will be forever remembered.
Our family would sincerely like to thank Dr. Spence, Alexa, the ICU staff and 4C for everything they did to support Justin during his stay there. We would also like to extend our thanks to Legacy Coatings and Supplies for all their support through this very difficult time.
