Dixie Pratt

    Dixie Pratt (nee Witbeck), beloved wife of the late John Pratt of Lethbridge, Alberta, passed away at St. Therese Villa on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the age of 99 years.

    She is the loving mother of Beverley Pratt (Carswell) of Lethbridge, Alberta and Kenneth Pratt (deceased). She will also be deeply missed by her four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

    Dixie was predeceased by her husband John Pratt, her son Kenneth Pratt, and grandson Michael Carswell.

    Dixie was born on June 12, 1926, in Raymond, Alberta. She married the love of her life, John Pratt (deceased), and together they raised their two children Beverley and Kenneth. Dixie loved her family and was a devoted mother and wife, as well as an amazing grandma and great grandma to her four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. What a wonderful life.

    A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fairmont Chapel, 205 Fairmont Blvd S, Lethbridge at 11:00 a.m. Friends may meet the family prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m. with Bishop Mike Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
