Darrel Bush

After a long, hard battle with cancer, on Saturday, March 4 2023, Darrel Bush passed away at home with his partner of 18 years, Connie LePine by his side. He was 62 years old.

His memory will also be cherished by his three brothers, Norman (Marta), Greg (Louise), and Bruce; as well as three nephews, and numerous other family members and friends.

Darrel was predeceased by his parents, Ernest & Patricia Bush.

Darrel dedicated many of his years to the classic mechanic lifestyle, whether it was working as a heavy-duty mechanic, or sitting in front of the TV with a beer, watching NASCAR. Darrel and Connie enjoyed their time in the company of their friends at Smitty’s and Lady Luck Lounge.

A cremation has taken place, and a memorial service to celebrate Darrel’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, 703-13 Street North, Lethbridge

In lieu of flowers, donations in Darrel’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
